Dear Readers,
Homoeopathy has insightful and deep understanding towards the treatment of skin diseases. Homeopathy offers scientific approach to skin disease treatment. The homeopathic approach in selecting the medicine is technically called 'The Constitutional Approach', whereby a wide range of questions are asked to the patient and based on the analysis and evaluation of various symptoms, a remedy is selected for the individual case. Homeopathic treatment is 'individual specific and not disease specific. Skin disorders are often the end result of inner, emotional stresses. Very aptly, homoeopathy does not believe in treating skin diseases with local ointment or creams. We believe in treating skin diseases by oral medicines only, which go deep into the system and cure from within.
Though this is the approach homoeopathy follows in the treatment of chronic skin diseases but that doesnt mean that homoeopathy is ineffective for acute skin problems. Homoeopathy has very effective medicines for the treatment of acute skin conditions such as cuts, scrapes, bug bites and even acute phase of eczema. Homoeopathy mostly believes in treating skin maladies internally but many topical homoeopathic preparations are also available which heal these wounds and lesions as a temporary measure. So rather than resorting to the allopathic topical applications, it would be better that the patient uses these harmless topical ointments for a temporary relief while taking regular homoeopathic medicine for a permanent cure of the skin disease.
Thanking you
