Homeopathic treatment for pancreatitis

I am sending herewith a case for enquiry: Male aged 68 years, normal physique.

During 1962 the patient had pain in gall bladder/liver region and was told that his gall bladder was not functioning properly. Whenever he ate fried food or any heavy meal he had pain over gall bladder/ liver region and was advised to avoid fried food. In between he was told to get an ultrasound to check for stone in the gall bladder but it was clear. In September 2001 he was advised to get a CT Scan done. This time it was detected that he was suffering from pancreatitis. He is pesently under allopathy treatment; the pain persists.

He has acute constipation and usually does not pass stools for 2 or 3 days at a stretch and has to resort to purgatives. (Significantly when he was in another city for a length of time, passed stool regularly.) He has acute problem of gas and bad odour, heaviness after meals. His thirst is normal, and has a sweet tooth.

Dr. R.K. Manchanda responds
The treatment of the patient can be started with Alumina 30 twice a day. He may be requiring Lycopodium, Chelidonium and Thuja in due course of time according to symptomatology. It will be appropriate if you send the information with more details.
