Is homoeopathic medication sluggish in showing results?

Why do homoeopathic medicines act slow?
- Sunidhi Batra, July 2013
Homoeopathy For All responds
It is a common myth that homoeopathic medicines act slow but it is a wrong notion that people have. Patients suffering from acute disorders like headache, fever, cold, cough, etc can be cured within minutes through the proper selection of the homeopathic remedy. However chronic diseases like asthma, heart problems, cancer etc need time to cure. Homeopathy restores the body to its original state of health. If a disease is chronic in nature it means that it would have been in the human body for a long time, so it requires some time to be cured. This can vary depending on the problem and the patient.
